Delivering secure IT infrastructures and systems

Bull in the U.S. is uniquely qualified to help enterprises develop secure IT infrastructures and systems from a number of critical perspectives:

  • Robust Servers and Storage for New-Generation Datacenters -- providing power, openness, scalability, and reliability. A broad range of systems from GCOS mainframes to UNIX and Intel servers, to multi-operating system servers based on the latest technologies.
  • Managed Services -- Bull has the technical expertise to relieve customers from the day-to-day operations of their IT infrastructures to focus on those business initiatives that will allow them to grow and prosper. Bull provides a range of Managed Services including managed hosting, remote monitoring and management, and disaster recovery. In addition, our highly skilled service personnel can help you optimize your IT resources through IT assessments, network design and implementation; server consolidation; software implementations and migrations; datacenter design; and planning and consulting services.
  • IT security – IT security solutions are provided through our Evidian subsidiary, leader in IAM which has recently joined forces with Quest, a US-based company, to distribute Evidian’s unique E-SSO security technology.
  • Postal Automation Solutions - finally, we are focusing on the global postal automation market through our subsidiary AddressVision, Inc, the leading supplier in the US , located in Wisconsin .

In the U.S. , Bull has sales and support resources located in key geographic areas. The U.S. is also home to one of Bull's major R&D Centers, which is involved in development of large enterprise servers using open standards, as well as new leading edge technologies (Linux, Open Source). The U.S. is also home to Bull’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC), which provides first call maintenance support for Bull customers in North America .

A year ahead of schedule – and with an 84% increase in EBIT since 2009 – Bull has achieved the profitability target it set itself in its BullWay 2011-2013 strategic plan. This success confirms that the Group has made the right strategic decisions, reaffirming its ambition for growth and confirming the change in the IT market to set more store by an approach that combines processing power, flexibility, interoperability and reliability. In 2012, Bull significantly strengthened its presence in Cloud computing, supercomputers and security, three areas of excellence in which the Group is recognized as a leading player.
