As part of our GlobalCare offering, our HA 999 contract also guarantees you 99.90% annual availability. This can be raised to 99.99% for activities demanding almost continuous availability. Specific tools have been developed to increase the performance of these services: simulated reliability calculation for various architectures, continuous system behaviour analysis, permanent remote monitoring, tailored remote alarming of critical applications, etc. In order to guarantee this service level, the Bull service call flow has been redesigned: HA999 calls are taken directly by our specialist system engineers in a HA Center operating 24x7.
